Responsibilities:
1. Oversee company business management, formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
2. Establish and manage the sales team, provide guidance, and monitor regional sales performance.
3. Develop a structured sales system and optimize business processes.
4. Expand market channels, develop new clients, and broaden product sales scope.
5. Stay informed about policy changes and market trends, analyze competitor information, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
6. Regularly report on sales activities and market conditions to the company.
7. Execute business travel plans, attend exhibitions, visit clients, and maintain customer relationships.
8. Coordinate the implementation of overall sales strategies and objectives.
9. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and regional tender departments.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Over 10 years of sales management experience with team leadership; experience in semiconductor packaging and testing or related industries preferred.
3. Familiarity with all business aspects and experience in building sales management systems.
4. Strong business acumen, marketing skills, public relations, and team management abilities.
5. Excellent communication skills, capable of providing targeted training to team members; keen market insight and accurate analysis capabilities.
